The power of consistency is greatly underestimated, as our brain loves routine and patterns. By training your brain to repeat certain patterns, your mind starts to crave them. For example, if you want to learn how to love your body, you could start to repeat positive statements about yourself everyday, and gradually, this soon replaces the negative ones.
